November: Live Jazz in Johannesburg

2 November: ** Zarcia Zacheus gives her last BMus recital at the Wits Amphitheatre (corner Station & Jorissen Streets, Braamfontein), from 5pm.

2 November: ** Camron Andrews gives his last BMus recital at the Wits Amphitheatre (corner Station & Jorissen Streets, Braamfontein), from 8pm to 9pm.

3 November: ** Jean-Louise Nel gives her last BMus recital at the Wits Amphitheatre (corner Station & Jorissen Streets, Braamfontein), from 4:30pm-6pm. Featured instrumentalists are Jonathan Crossley (guitars), Roger Hobbs (bass), Wandile Molefe (keys), Dio Dos Santos (drums), Ilse Myburgh (piano), Ashish Joshi (tablas), Olivia von Gass (violin), Waldo Alexander (violin).

3 November: **Grant Mowatt's Final Recital is at the Wits Amphitheatre (corner Station & Jorissen Streets, Braamfontein), from 8pm-9:30pm. Featuring musicians are Grant Mowatt (drums), Chris Luke (saxophone), Roger Hobbs (bass), Wandile Molefe (keys), Ilke Alexander (flute), Bongile Lecoge Zulu (flute) and Thapelo Lekoane (vocals).

3 November: **Steve Newman, Greg Georgiades, Ashish Joshi are in Concert at PETA'S PLACE (18 Second Street, Abbotsford), from 7:30-10pm.

5 November: ** The Birchwood Hotel Jazz Evening features Mimi Ntenjwa, Kunle Ayo and the Music Academy of Gauteng Jazz Orchestra. The hotel is on Viewpoint Street (Boksburg)and starts at 8-11pm and tickets are R280.

5 November: Omagugu perform at Cafe52 (Sanarcadia Shopping Centre, Arcadia, Pretoria CBD), from 8pm.

6 November: ** Feya Faku plays live at The Fringe in the Joburg Theatre (Loveday Street, Braamfontein), 8pm. Tickets are R120.

7 November: ** The 'Sound Us Out' composition concerts start at 3-4:30pm in the Atrium (South West Engineering Building, Wits East Campus) & at 5.30pm, in the Computer Labs (1st floor, Wits School of Arts).

11 November: ** Werner Spies (bass), Riaan le Roux (guitar) and Hugo Radyn (drums) perform at +27 Cafe (corner South and Duncan streets, Hatfield, Pretoria), at 7-8:30pm.
