5th September 2009: 1) Rainbow Rhythms, Somi (US based jazz vocalist) on the Moshito lineup at House of Nsako, 8pm. Free.

6th September 2009: 1) Somi (US based jazz vocalist) will be at Barringtons, Killarney Mall, 5pm till late, R70. 2)Allou April is at the Pretoria Show Grounds for the closing event of the Pretoria Show.

1. Moshito Music Conference and Exhibition at Museum Africa, 2nd to 5th September. Music showcases, ft Bakithi Khumalo, at various venues around the city (see www.moshito.co.za).

2. Marcus Wyatt at 22h00, tonight, Keans (44 Stanley, Mipark), R30.

3. The Little Red Riding Hood Band at The Bell Peppper Restaurant, Kensington, 4th September at 8pm. (see www.dining-out.co.za). This band features the burning jazz vocalist Hlulani Hlangwane.
